About Tuberose Flowers:
Tuberose, a plant native to Central and South America, has found its way to Europe. It is a perennial, bulbous plant that blooms from June to October. It likes humus-rich, drained and fertile soil. Tuberose flowers are known for their fragrance, but they also have beneficial therapeutic qualities for the skin.
Extraction Method:
In the Careless Beauty laboratory, we extract tuberose oil using the “effleurage” method, which involves maceration and extraction with fats, either cold or hot. This method, used since Antiquity by perfumers and titrated chemists, is extremely meticulous and time-consuming. We obtain tuberose oil by cold maceration with sunflower oil, strictly respecting the proportions and maceration time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Shake the container before each use. Apply to the body (face, body, scalp, hair) by gently massaging, in the evening, immediately after showering, on warm skin. Can be applied to both the scalp and the length of the hair – can be kept for 12-24 hours after which it is removed with water and shampoo.
